kim is the lead organizer and house manager for Casa Cove, helping busy homes feel calmer, more functional, and easier to live in. A former University of Georgia track and field athlete, she studied Advertising and later spent over a decade in graphic and digital design, developing a strong eye for detail and systems that actually work.
As an Enneagram 7, Kim is fueled by curiosity and adventure, bringing a contagious energy and enthusiasm into every space she works in. She previously worked with The Home Edit and appeared on Season 2 of Get Organized with The Home Edit. Today, she blends thoughtful organization with real-life practicality to create spaces that feel organized, lived-in, and personal.

A former UGA student-athlete with a degree in Sports Management, she spent years leading teams across retail, airline, and insurance industries. Today, she brings over a decade of management and 18 years of customer service experience to the table.
Felicia is all about helping others and turning fast-paced chaos into smooth, organized operations. She thrives on structure, multitasking, and making sure everyone feels heard.
Outside of work, Felicia is a proud "extroverted introvert." She loves relaxing at home, reading, catching up on crime and medical shows, and spending quality time with her family.
